Returns and cancellations
This policy applies to consumer purchases from GOCIST in Israel. It does not limit your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law or other applicable law.
When you can cancel
You may cancel from the date of purchase until 14 days after receiving the product or the legally required transaction disclosure document, whichever is later.
Customers aged 65 or over, people with disabilities and new immigrants as defined by law may have four months from the transaction, receipt of the product or receipt of that document, whichever is later, if the purchase involved a conversation with us, including electronic communication. We may request the evidence of eligibility permitted by law.
How to notify us

Include your name and ID number, and your order number if available to help us identify the purchase. Statutory cancellation does not depend on our prior approval.
Change of mind
If you cancel for reasons other than a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver on the agreed date or another breach by GOCIST, return the product to the address below at your expense.
A cancellation fee may apply, limited to the lower of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, as permitted by law. No additional handling or original-delivery charge will be deducted.
Defective, incorrect or late products
For cancellation due to a defect, non-conformity, late delivery or another breach by GOCIST, no cancellation fee applies.
If you received the product, make it available where it was delivered and tell us, so we can arrange collection at our expense. Photos, if available, can help us investigate.
Refunds and product condition
For a statutory cancellation, we will refund the amount due and cancel the relevant charge within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, with confirmation of the cancellation. Refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
Please pack returns securely, using the original packaging if available. Opening the packaging or using the product does not by itself remove statutory cancellation rights. We retain any right provided by law to claim loss caused by significant deterioration in the product’s condition.
