TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. About GOCIST

GOCIST is operated by Hani abo zgila. These terms apply to purchases through our online store and should be read together with our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

  1. Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your selected product, quantity, delivery address and total before completing your purchase.

Prices are displayed in Israeli shekels (ILS). Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an existing order.

If a product becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the amount paid.

  1. Product information

Our cable and charger organizer is sold as one bag. Cables, chargers, electronics and other accessories shown inside the bag are for illustration and are not included.

Please read the product description before ordering. Contact us if you need clarification about any product feature.

  1. Delivery

Products are shipped from our supplier in China. Order processing and shipping are separate stages.

For questions about delivery or an existing shipment, please contact GOCIST using the details below. Your legal rights concerning delayed delivery or non-delivery remain unaffected.

  1. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation rights, return arrangements and refunds.

You can notify us of a cancellation by email, telephone, through our website contact form or by registered post. Prior approval is not required to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used in connection with the store and your purchases.

  1. Consumer rights and changes

These terms are governed by Israeli law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an existing purchase.
