Shipping destination and cost

GOCIST offers free shipping to Israel. Orders are shipped from our supplier in China using CJPacket YT Cosmetic Line.

Order processing

Warehouse processing typically takes 3–5 days before dispatch when products are not stocked in advance.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated shipping time

The estimated shipping time to Israel is 8–16 days after dispatch.

The estimated total delivery time is 11–21 days from the order date, including processing and shipping.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs clearance, holidays and carrier disruptions may cause delays. These estimates do not limit your legal rights concerning late delivery or non-delivery.

Tracking is available for this shipping service. For help tracking your shipment, contact us with your order number.

Delivery details

Please provide your full name, complete delivery address, postal code and a telephone number where you can be reached.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.

Customs and import charges

Orders are shipped internationally and may undergo customs clearance. The shipping service does not include any import duties or taxes that may be assessed.

If a carrier or customs authority requests an additional payment, contact us for assistance and clarification. Any charges remain subject to applicable law and your statutory consumer rights.
